Bumps, Bugs, n Babies!

Hi!! I"m Abigail. That's me holding my nephew Benjamin. My sister Aimee and her daughter Bethany. We just moved to Prosperity Isle after my sister's marriage fell apart. Aimee thought she'd married the perfect man. He was tall, handsome, ambitious, rich, and supposedly nuts about her. I told her he was a lying sleaze ball just trying to get some but she didn't believe me. I told her he would leave her high and dry for next year's model. She chose not to believe me. They lasted a few years longer than I thought they would because my sister is the classic trophy wife. After she had Benjamin though she found out that all the overtime her husband had been doing on the weekends was actually his secretary. She'd decided to surprise him at work with a romantic office picnic when he had to work overtime one Saturday. Boy, did she get a surprise! She walked in on them en flagrante! Picture Hilary Clinton walking in on Monica Lewinsky and Bill and you'll have a starting idea of what she walked into.

She came to me in tears and begged me to help her leave him. Their pre-nup had been air tight though so she didn't get anything. I told her to read the fine print but she didn't for some reason. Turns out he'd included a clause that even if she caught him cheating she wouldn't get anything if she left him. She'd thought they'd last forever, but I know better. Her husband had tried to get it on with me a few times even!

Shortly after we arrived Aimee started getting sick. We had met a few nice people in the neighborhood but Aimee was so sick I ended up having to look after the kids a lot at first, and we didn't really get to know our neighbors.
I got myself a makeover as soon as I could. I wasn't going to be getting any action if I didn't look delicious. So far I've only found one guy really worth seducing, but that'll change as we get more settled. I got a job in the music industry. Hot little outfits for the win! Watch out Prosperity Isle!! Lady on the Prowl!

We found out after a while why Aimee was so sick. She was pregnant with the bastard's third child.

I had to help Bethany with her school work because Aimee was too sick with the baby to be able to help with much of anything. I had to wonder if she was also still mopping bout her husband and his cheating ways...Then Finally it was time...






Turns out though that life wasn't going to get easier after the baby....
Or should I say Babies plural. Aimee gave birth to two beautiful little baby boys, Mark and Derek.
Benjamin wasn't a toddler too much longer after the babies were born though..
When he grew up he started griping right away about how his mom smelled bad and that he was tired. And shortly after he grew up Bethany followed suit...

It was a long week for us, but it'll get easier eventually. Aimee is finally working as Button Masher, and I'm slowly working as a Piano Tuner.

Author's Note: I have a slight bug issue at the moment, that is going to cause me to re-install. I was playing this house and sometime Wednesday, it suddenly got stuck in slow motion. I tried multiple things to fix it, but finally ended up moving the family out. I then plowed the lot, and put a new copy of the house in. Then added the family back in. It was Wednesday when they moved out, I stopped play on Thursday. I then moved the family back out and in to get their timer back to what I need it to be to remember where at in the round I am. I didn't gain any funds doing this. I'm pretty sure I lost funds to be honest. However, I do know that the bug I am experiencing will eventually cause me to have to re-install the whole game. I'm just putting it off.
