The Making of Prosperity Isle

Perhaps you are wondering how the Prosperity Isle came to be? What it looked like before the start?

To start with after installing Bon Voyage. I chose a brand new template with a beach. The reason for this is I wanted to start my founders on beach lots. I had read about all the cute things toddlers could do on beaches and that is the only way to get them on a beach. Also I am going to be trying to follow this prosperity as closely to the rules as possible. Now the rules may change mid play because as of the posting of this entry the rules for Bon Voyage have not been posted.

The first big difference with these starter lots is the cost of the smallest beach lot is $8,800 simoleons. Any who...I created the template. Then I followed the directions located here, at the mod the Sims 2 website. So custom townies and npcs generated with my custom content. That should make things refreshing.

But wait this is suppose to be a Fellowship hood right?? That's when I downloaded all the Fellowship Families from Fellowships I, II, and III, and added them to the lots and houses bin. Then plopped them down in Prosperity Isle. The following pictures are of Prosperity Isle before all the fellowship families were added as custom townies. As you can see, there are ALOT of Families....







So which families made the final cut? You'll just have to stay tuned to find out!
