Toddlers, Teens, and a few Obscene things?

Hi! I'm Andre Holiday! This is my family or what's left of it. I'm holding my little girl Venice, Destin is holding his little brother Jazz, Danton is in front with his big brother, Dakota.

My wife, Ginger was killed in a horrible fire in which we lost our business, our home, and her. It broke my heart. I took the small bit of money we got from the insurance company and bought us this home in Prosperity Isle. I came here hoping to rebuild our lives, and forget the bad things that happened in our last home. I also came here hoping no one would find out my secret. Unfortunately...my secret followed me here.
As soon as we got here it became apparent we were in trouble. We couldn't even afford beds!! Destin and Dakota started combing the beach for anything they could find to help us buy the basics we needed to survive.
The welcome wagon showed up a bit later. Bob Profitt, Patrice Faststien, and Monica Chandler showed up to welcome us. As you can see our house was very very empty. We couldn't even afford a stove for several days!!
Our welcome wagon, helped entertain the little ones but I was soo tired. I kept getting worn out so I didn't really have much time to visit.
I soon started putting on mad amounts of weight, which didn't make sense because I barely had time to feed myself, rest, and visit the facilities. I couldn't understand it. I was running myself ragged trying to take care of myself and the toddlers.
Dakota got a job as a record store clerk, and built sandcastles to stimulate his mind so he could get ahead at work. I just didn't have the energy to work when we first got here. I felt like such a worthless Dad. Thankfully Destin was willing to help out.

I kept falling asleep everywhere, and so did the toddlers. I never seemed to managed to get them and me into bed. I kept getting fatter, and had to pee all the time. I couldn't figure it out. I thought I was coming down with something.
That's when I started hiring a nanny as often as I could. The kids were trying to find everything they could in their spare time to help hire the nanny and fill out the house.
It seemed like every time we got ahead there was something new we needed. The bills kept coming in and I was so under the weather. I also had to hire a maid because I couldn't keep up with myself, the toddlers and cleaning the house on top of everything else. Every time I'd clean up a mess the toddlers would make a new one.
We finally had enough money to make a real kitchen, and I started a fire. I was soo hungry all the time, but I just kept getting fatter. I couldn't understand it...I actually started two fires... I'm such a failure at times.
And then one night in my bedroom I started having these horrible cramps...It was unspeakable amounts of pain. I didn't know what was going on!!







And then I gave birth to a baby boy....I didn't even know it was possible for a male to get pregnant. That's when I knew my secret wasn't going to be kept a secret. Right away the locals were talking about my alien love child. It wasn't that I wanted to be molested by aliens it just happened. And I'd been so ashamed that I moved the family here at the first opportunity. I didn't want anyone to know that the aliens had done obscene unspeakable things to me.
Destin's friends kept asking about it and he had to explain. These Glissade girls kept following him home from school. They were utterly fascinated at wanting all the horrible details. Sheesh teens these days..if it's obscene and inappropriate they wanna know all about it!
The toddlers grew up at some point during the week, but it was without any ado because we just couldn't afford it. I was still tired and worn out, but I was feeling well enough I got a job in the Politics career track. I even managed a promotion before the end of the week. Jazz and Venice like to play each other with Chess. It's becoming a favorite thing for the family to do, play chess.
Unfortunately, after Destin was promoted to a piano tuner at work some stupid musician wanted his piano tuned badly. Destin was afraid of getting a bad reputation and refused to not tune the piano. The canned him for it! He was sooo upset about it.

Jupiter is a happy toddler, and thankfully I am able to take better care of him than I was with his older siblings. I've even managed to get him potty trained and taught him to walk. He likes to play in our puppy Candy's food dish. I decided to start working on my dream of raising 20 puppies or kittens shortly after the triplets became children. Destin really likes Candy and wants to be her master.
Unfortunately some things never change, and sometimes I don't manage to get Jupiter in his crib before he falls asleep. We had one last birthday this week, and that was when Dakota became a teen.

We also had a visitor this week that I'm suppose to mention to you. I didn't really care for her but she is very nice and got along with the kids great.

Author's Note: The Mystery Girl makes another appearance as a guest at the Holiday House. I'm hoping she'll have chemistry with one of the boys later on. Any one figure out who she is yet?

Failing, Shrink Visits, n Future Wives?

Hi!! I'm Layce Cooprider! That's me in the purple with my Sister Siba's daughter and her kids. Siba and I talked Celeste into moving to Prosperity Isle so we could enjoy our retirement on the beach. We'd planned to help Celeste and her husband Gary raise their kids in our golden years. Unfortunately shortly after arriving here, Gary perished when a swarm of flies attacked him out of no where. Siba and I decided that we would have to end our retirement to help out Celeste more.

The good news is, we are still right on the beach, and we do try to spend quality time together relaxing, and sunbathing. The girls like to build sandcastles, and we can always try to find things to sell in the sand.

Shortly after we got here a welcome wagon arrived. Aimee and Abigail are sisters and live right next door to us. Patrice lives down the street with her kids.
This nice lady Gina Simmers also stopped by to visit...Risto said she kept telling him that she'd love to be part of his future someday...Weird Lady!

Our guests decided to go fishing with Michaell. Celeste tried to talk to this guy named Howie, but he wanted to talk about kissing, and Celeste just didn't think he was cute enough to be talking about that with. For a grown woman she sure can be silly! Who cares what a man looks like it's all about what's in his bank! Of course I might be partial to rich guys since I'd really like to go back to enjoying my retirement..but ahh well..Siba is a Military Recruit and I'm a Lab Assistant. Not the greatest jobs, but hey what can ya expect when you have to visit the ladies room every five minutes!

Patrice from down the street tried to help out a few times with Kricket while she was still a toddler since Celeste was exhausted trying to make it in the game design field. Patrice would just come over without us bothering her and start helping in the middle of the night.
Teaching Kricket her toddler stuffs sure was hard I'll tell ya! I managed to get some of that special baby stuff that makes them learn quicker, but I swear between my old bladder, her baby bladder, and us getting tired..it took nigh on forever! But somehow between everybody in the house and that special bottle stuffs we did manage to get Kricket her toddlers skills so she can do better growing up.
Which is prolly a good thing since both Risto and Michaell darn near failed outta school...Celeste took that real hard. Risto even lost his job as a Spelunker!! We'd been making sure they got to school but the kids was always complaining bout not having any fun. So we didn't force them to do their homework. It was always on the list of things to teach them, but well me n Siba are old darn it!! These are suppose to be our golden years..hrmph...
Celeste sorta went nuts when Risto got his F, got fired, and Michaell came home with a D. She talked about seeing a doctor, but since she was sitting on the front lawn, and clucking like a chicken I highly doubt she ever got around to it. Sides..we can't really afford them kinda bills ya know? Siba made it a point to sit down with each of the kids Friday night and teach them how to do their homework. Hopefully this will get them on the right track again.
Risto went downtown to try and cheer himself up and he said he met ANOTHER strange lady that was talking to him about wanting to be in his future...some lady named Wen. He said she seemed very nice too.

Well Kricket managed to grow up good, and for a while her mom tried making toys. When she found Kricket fell for her fake pet brick though, and found her trying to teach it tricks in the kitchen, she said enough was enough and gave up that idea.

Author's Note: Kricket kept placing the brick in front of the frig and I almost lost the kids to starvation before I realized why no one was helping themselves to food. So we sold the brick and the toy station so as to not have a nasty visit from the social worker on top of everything else.


Near the end of the week Michaell grew up. Somehow inspite of bad grades, and all the craziness around here she managed to grow up well. She said she wants to be rich when she grows up. I guess I can understand that.

Course the family is doing a lot better now. We have an appointment all set up with the local headmaster of a private school for this coming Monday with luck he'll overlook the kids recent grades. Celeste also said as a thank you to Siba and me that she's taking the 3 of us on a vacation to the Far East next Friday. Celeste said she'd been saving for it all week. I can't wait!! I've heard such fun things. Siba is thrilled because she'd mentioned in passing she wanted to go to Celeste and is thrilled Celeste picked up on her hints. Course...She thinks that Celeste did it just so she can escape the kids and find a new husband. Can't say as I blame Celeste, kinda hard to meet a good man with these kids around. She'll scare off all the good ones!! Best to hook him in first and then let him know bout the kids! Maybe Siba and I will get to enjoy our golden years yet! Takemizu Village here we come!!
Points this round: -2, 1 for Celeste's shrink visit. She really was doing well until the kids both came home with failing grades. Unfortunately I found it really hard to keep the kids happy with them being in public school. Hopefully this will get fixed next round. -1 for Risto getting fired from his job due to poor school performance.

Rosada House Round 1

The Rosada House Round 1
Fires, Fired, n Death!

Hi! I"m Amethyst Rosada!! This is me with my sisters Aquamarine, Ariana, Brigid, and Danielle. We moved to Prosperity Isle with our dad Bob to start over after a neglectful power plant near our old house left my sisters and I looking rather unusual. Unfortunately right after we got here...Bad things started happening. Dad died when a satellite fell on him. Taking care of our kids sisters is exhausting!
Aquamarine and I were trying so hard but we couldn't seem to find time to sleep or do the basics, like visit the ladies room.
We tried to take care of ourselves but well..We're still kids ourself ya know? We kept catching our mac n cheese on fire. It was very scarey...

The worst though was when Aquamarine was taking care of the little ones, Dad's ghost scared her several times in a row. I don't know why he chose to do this he was such an amazing neat nice guy. He loved us all very much.

Aquamarine couldn't handle the toll..it was all too much the trauma of Dad dying, taking care of our baby sisters. When Dad scared her she just collapsed from the shock of it.

I tried to plead for her life, but when Grim asked me to pick a hand.....well..

I didn't pick so good. =-( Then I woke up and realized all that bad stuff was just a bad dream. Except for the part bout Dad dying.

Author's Note: I didn't save at this point. I'll be honest. It took prolly four tries before I could sit thru all the bad things that happened to this poor family. There were at least 4 fires across all the tries, Aquamarine did die, the girls passed out a whole bunch at first, suffered from horrible nannies. I had forgotten just how hard these families are, plus starting on a beach lot was a trial in and of it's self. So I chalked the not saving up to play testing the lot. Trust me the save I kept still wasn't a wonderful week.

I decided to head down to Cold Issue Clothing to pick up some cell phones for me and Aquamarine.

I met this really cool guy Zaed Robbins..He seems like a nice guy but very unusual. He's a nice friend too..

Author's Note: Zaed Robbins was the first family friend for the Rosadas. This happened all by itself when I sent Amethyst to Cold Issue. Now in the background you'll see a blond girl. Can you guess who she is? She's a very very popular character in one of the blogs I read, but with a little bit of a twist...she doesn't quite look herself....Can you figure it out?? If someone figures it out I'll confirm who she is.
After my little sisters grew up to be kids, I decided to get us a puppy. We adopted a cute little girl puppy named Cascara that means Shell in Spanish! She's a very Independent cowardly little puppy but we love her!
Living on the beach is great, everyone loves to build sand castles, go swimming in the ocean, and look for shells. Sometimes we find nasty little crabs and sometimes we find pretty shiney jewellry. The really helpful stuff is the starfish, and conchs, and colored glass we find. They've helped pay for furniture and nannies, but our house is still so bare! We don't even own a tv!
This little girl from down the road came home with our little sisters the other day. Her name is Michaell Cooprider. We'd met her Mom, Grandma, and a great-aunt I think the first day we got here to Prosperity Isle.
Towards the end of the week I got canned from my job. I was soo upset I want nothing more than to succeed, although my dream is to be a Chief of Staff.

Aquamarine helped all the girls learn to study. I wish someone had taken the time to teach us. Our homework takes forever to do. Luckily we were able to get everyone caught up on school work by the weekend.

And Cascara grew from a puppy to a very pretty dog! She's now got a career in Showbiz and has learned to Speak. Her favorite thing to do is watch the ocean waves.
We all miss Dad very much but we're starting to get a handle on things better. Hopefully Aquamarine and I can take good care of our little sisters so they don't suffer as much as we did.
Point this Round: I'm just happy that I didn't LOSE points. Amethyst lost her job thru a bad chance card. Can't remember which one though.
